R.G. Global Lifestyles Chairman Optimistic About Future of AQUAIRTM  “No Reason for Drop in Stock Price,” said Louis L. Knickerbocker

 IRVINE, Calif. , March 9th / PRNewswire – FirstCall / -- Chairman of RG Global Lifestyles, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: RGBL) announced today that there is no reason for the stock of RG Global Lifestyles, Inc. to have dropped in the price of trading. 

“We are excited about Aquair’s new air-to-water technology products, its advanced reverse osmosis filtration systems and new anti-scaling technology and product,” said Louis L. Knickerbocker.  

“The Company is well into implementing the business plan it developed when we announced in November that we would be focusing our growth on Aquair and its unique air-to-water technology and products,” he added.

On December 1st, the Company announced it signed an agreement with Entech Sales and Service in Dallas to work with the Munters Corporation in the engineering, design and bidding process on sales of total water solutions using Aquair products and technology.

On December 6th, the Company engaged Farrah Fawcett as its Pure Water Advocate and Spokesperson for the Aquair products. 

On December 27th, the Company announced the signing of a Letter of Intent to partner with Roam Chemie in to market a select group of their proprietary chemical compounds and unique water treatment products worldwide.  Dr. Dirk Vanden Berghe, a world renowned expert in the development and application of Pharmaceutical Science as it applies to water treatment, and Apcan Distributors in Las Vegas, Nevada , are parties to the Letter of Intent.

On March 2nd, the Company announced that it signed a strategic alliance agreement with Hendrx Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: HDRX) to share in the manufacture and marketing of Aquair’s products.

On March 2nd, the Company announced an agreement with Policy Impact Communications in Washington, D.C. to brand the Aquair products and technology and to provide counsel on a complete marketing program for Aquair.
